Banyan is a private membership for South Tampa homeowners who are done vetting contractors at nine at night. One number. Independent licensed trades, introduced as your disclosed agent. And a Home Manager at the house when they arrive — if you want us there.

Membership opens with a Home Health Audit. You call one number. We introduce the right independent licensed trade as your disclosed agent — at the member rate, with no markup. A Home Manager can meet them at the house.

A one-time $350 initiation is planned for the first Home Health Audit. Independent licensed trades do the work. Banyan pays them as your disclosed agent within five business days, never marks the work up, and takes nothing from the trade.

The standard
What “vetted” means.
The bar we will hold for trades. It is not a live roster — no vendors are signed yet.
- Florida state licence, verified through DBPR — with a planned quarterly re-check once trades are on the roster
- General liability and workers’ compensation on file, with Banyan named as additional insured, once the entity exists
- Background check on every individual who enters a member’s home
- Three verified references from completed residential work
- Written flat-rate or not-to-exceed pricing, agreed in advance
- A signed response-time commitment — and removal from the network if it slips

Is this a home warranty?
No. Banyan is not a warranty, a service contract, or insurance. We do not pay for repairs and we do not promise to replace anything when it fails. Independent licensed trades do the work. Banyan never marks that work up.
So who am I actually paying?
You pay Banyan a membership fee. Independent licensed trades invoice Banyan; we pay them as your disclosed agent within five business days of an approved invoice, with no markup. We take no kickbacks from vendors.
Can I cancel?
Planned, once membership is actually for sale: monthly memberships month to month, 30 days’ notice, no early-termination fee. Annual memberships cancelled mid-term would be refunded unused months less the two-month prepay discount. Those are not terms in force today. There is no membership agreement yet, and visiting this site or contacting us does not create one.
Where in Tampa do you work?
Year 1 public area is South Tampa only: 33606, 33609, 33611, and 33629, including Beach Park and Davis Islands. Membership opens mid-January 2027.
Do you repair the house yourselves?
No. Independent licensed trades do the work. We coordinate, introduce them as your disclosed agent, pay them in five business days, and attend if you want us there.
How does hurricane season work?
We are not an insurer. After a storm we can inspect the house. Anything that follows is between you and your carrier.
